- Compensation Range: starting at $20.00 / hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Delivering parts to technicians, customers and vendors as needed.
- Process van replenishments: Pull parts, process paperwork and deliver as necessary.
- Responsible for next day air parts deliveries to technicians within an hour of receipt.
- Pick up miscellaneous items from technicians, customers and vendors (i.e. parts, used oil or batteries, paperwork, etc.).
- This is a fast-paced position. Applicants should be well-organized and able to multi-task.
- Assist in check-in of parts shipments, restock parts on shelves after receiving process is complete.
- Assist in maintenance of the parts department, to include cleaning, organization, taking out trash, sweeping and other related tasks.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerÂ
- Other duties as needed or assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- 12 Months of Parts Delivery experience preferred but not required.
- Upon completion of training period, work with minimal supervision at the office and at customer locations.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, kneel and reach.
- Must be safety-oriented and communicate safety concerns to management as soon as they are observed.
- Good oral and written communication ability.
- Knowledge of the greater Salt Lake City metro area.
