Position Summary:


We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. In this critical frontline role, you will play a direct part in bringing our life-changing neurovascular products to life. Products that make a meaningful difference for patients every day.


As a Product Builder, you will be part of a team and that performs the manual assembly of highly specialized devices in a cleanroom environment using microscopes and precision tools. This work requires focus, dexterity, and a strong commitment to excellence, as your contributions directly impact the quality, reliability, and performance of our products.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 
Monday-Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM
Monday-Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follow manufacturing process instructions (MPI’s)
  • Follow production schedule
  • Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws and standards
  • Read drawings and Lot History Records
  • Manufacture, assemble, package, and label product according to QSR’s, MPI’s, and other applicable company procedures
  • Document work performed
  • Collaborate with engineers and managers to recognize issues and participate in problem resolution
  • Notify supervisor of issues or discrepancies
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Assists others on team
  • Able to clearly and effectively communicate with peers, engineers, and managers
  • Basic reading proficiency
  • Able to articulate and comprehend information and instructions
  • Working Conditions: sitting, standing, stairs, manual dexterity, working while looking through a microscope, hand/eye coordination, light lifting
  • Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • English fluency is required (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Basic reading and math
  • Ability to read and understand simple mechanical drawings
  • Prior medical device and assembly experience is a plus but not required
