Job Responsibilities

Connect. Serve. Delight guests.

As a Server at Red Robin, you will provide friendly, attentive service to guests while ensuring their orders are accurate and timely.

In this role, you will:

• Greet guests and present menus with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

Pay Range: $2.13 per hour - $2.13 per hour

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
