Job Summary 
Primary responsibilities: Providing graphite components to Carbon Cell, receiving new material and shipping finished goods to 1M2.

Key duties include:  

• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Kits all graphite needs for the daily production

• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

• Promptly unloads deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.

• Reported failures, malfunctions or wear issues on equipment to supervisor. Inspected finished products to verify conformity to quality standards.

• Communicate any problems that might arise during the process. 

• Support the team in other areas. 

• Follow established work instructions. 

• Working independently but being a team player with minimum supervision. 

•  Availability for overtime is obligatory when required. 

• High priority on having safe and clean workspaces. 

 
Qualifications:  

• Experience reading procedures and/or machining work orders. 

• Experience using standard quality inspection tools and gages. 

• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. 

• High school diploma or equivalent. Requires 1-2 years of related experience. 

• Demonstrated problem-solving and reasoning ability in a manufacturing environment. 

• Reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.  

• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.

• Team player able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without confusion. 

• Hard worker, intensely driven, determined, goal-oriented, and intrinsically motivated.
