Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Finished Goods (FG) shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate order movementÂ
- Ensures FG material quantities are accurately reflected in ERP (SKU/LOT/QTY) Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Coordinate with various Operations teams to monitor, manage, and track FG
- Coordinate and inform Customer Account Managers of FG availability
- Prepare FG for shipment according to specifications.
- Ensure that the correct products are shipped to the correct destinations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping records, invoices, and customs documents. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation standards.
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delivery issues.
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure that finished goods products are staged in appropriate areas within the warehouse.
- Identify and resolve shipping-related issues, including damaged goods, shipping discrepancies, and missed deliveries.
- Ensure all shipping operations comply with safety and regulatory guidelines, including hazardous materials handling and international shipping regulations.
- Work closely with other departments, such as customer service, warehouse, and sales, to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
- Additional duties or tasks may be assigned within the Logistics and Warehouse sections that that are outside the job description items listed.Â

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of shipping methods, carriers, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in shipping software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Operates Material Handling Equipment, in accordance with current Standard Operating Procedures to load or unload material from trailers, as needed.
- Organize inventory and place in a location in warehouse/storage.
- Knowledge of the cGMP handling procedures of each material.
- Attentive; adheres to safe work practices.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience sufficient to:
- Proficiently read, speak, and write English to meet FDA requirements for record keeping and inventory and warehouse purposes.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations—add, subtract multiply, divide, percentages.
- Understand and abide by 21 CFR Part 111.
