What we need:
Natco is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Assistant to join our Facilities team at our West Warwick, RI corporate headquarters. This full-time, hands-on role supports the upkeep of our buildings and grounds.Â

What you’ll do:
- Assist with performing general building and equipment repairs such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic mechanical workÂ
- Perform grounds maintenance, including seasonal and snow removal
- Support daily cleaning and facility upkeepÂ
- Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materialsÂ
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests, including occasional last-minute overtime as neededÂ
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Director of FacilitiesÂ
What you’ll have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Maintenance and facility experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical principles is a plus
- Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing over 50 poundsÂ
- Comfortable working at heights when requiredÂ
- Ability to read, write and speak English requiredÂ
- Basic math and computer skills requiredÂ
- A valid driver’s license in good standing is preferredÂ
- Willingness to successfully complete a background check, employment verification, and drug screening requiredÂ

- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilitiesÂ
