What we need:

Natco is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Assistant to join our Facilities team at our West Warwick, RI corporate headquarters. This full-time, hands-on role supports the upkeep of our buildings and grounds.

What you’ll do:

Assist with performing general building and equipment repairs such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic mechanical work
Perform grounds maintenance, including seasonal and snow removal
Support daily cleaning and facility upkeep
Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials
Respond to urgent maintenance requests, including occasional last-minute overtime as needed
Perform any other duties as directed by the Director of Facilities

What you’ll have:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Maintenance and facility experience preferred
Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical principles is a plus
Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing over 50 pounds
Comfortable working at heights when required
Ability to read, write and speak English required
Basic math and computer skills required
A valid driver’s license in good standing is preferred
Willingness to successfully complete a background check, employment verification, and drug screening required
