We are looking to add an HR Generalist to our growing team. This role partners closely with the onsite HR Manager to provide day-to-day HR support for a 24/7 operation while helping foster a positive, approachable, and employee-focused workplace culture.
The HR Generalist will play an important role in creating a positive, approachable, and employee-focused HR presence within the facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, building trust with employees, supporting managers, and helping ensure team members feel heard, respected, and supported.
Â
Because this role supports a continuous operation, flexibility in scheduling is required. While the position will generally follow a Monday–Friday schedule, the selected candidate must be able to regularly support employees working overnight hours. Â
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, approachable, and passionate about building strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. We are looking for someone who creates a welcoming HR environment where employees feel comfortable asking questions, seeking guidance, and sharing concerns.
