Job DetailsJob Location: Burlington Phase 1 OFFICE - Westampton, NJ 08060Salary Range: $18.25 - $19.25 HourlyDirect Support Professional (DSP) - Burlington County Employment Type: Part-Time Shift Available: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm Job Summary: EIHAB Human Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Part Time - Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Burlington County to provide on-site behavioral health care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The DSP plays a critical role in fostering a safe, therapeutic, and family-like environment where residents can thrive and achieve greater independence. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily structure, supervision, and support to individuals in a residential program. Assist with daily living skills, personal care, medication administration, and recreational activities. Implement and contribute to Individual Habilitation Plans and/or Treatment Plans. Observe, document, and communicate significant behavioral changes and notable incidents. Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards. Cooperate fully during inspections and investigations by EIHAB and regulatory agencies. Report all unusual incidents in accordance with Division Circular #14 and agency policies. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of related work or life experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years driving history). Must complete and maintain all required training. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Able to bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift. Perform repetitive tasks, engage in both individual and group settings, and meet strict deadlines.
