Pay Rate: $90,000-$105,000 annually    Benefits:  Health/dental/vision insurances Additional voluntary insurances 401k with company match up to 7% Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Company-paid life insurance  Employee Assistance Program The Executive Director of Grants and External Funding is responsible for: Obtaining grant funding to develop new services, and/or improve the quality or efficiency of Spectrum’s service delivery models.  Coordinating implementation of all grant funded projects and ensures post-award compliance.  Compiling financial and non-financial data for the preparation of grant-related reports and grant billings in conjunction with the Accounting Department. Request for proposals (RFP) submissions as opportunities arise.      Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization, including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week. QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree Four years of relevant experience, including documented success with federal grant submissions and RFP responses Ability to interpret regulations, policies and procedures regarding grants submission and administration Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills Ability to manage competing deadlines while producing the highest quality work Strong interpersonal and partnership-building skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Publisher & PowerPoint
