Grow Your Career with a Fast-Growing E-Commerce Leader

Do you love rolling up your sleeves to build efficient, high-performing warehouse operations? If you're a natural leader who spots bottlenecks before anyone else and enjoys the energy of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company, we want to hear from you.

About the Company

Our client is a fast-scaling e-commerce company that has become a trusted partner for students, educators, and STEM teams across the U.S. and abroad. By staying close to their customers and continually building solutions to meet their needs, they've built a mission-driven culture and are now ready to bring on a strong operational leader to elevate their warehouse function.

About the Role

The Warehouse Manager will take full ownership of order fulfillment — everything from receiving and inventory control through final product delivery. This role leads a team of 4–6 warehouse associates while staying actively involved on the floor, whether that means operating a forklift or pitching in wherever needed. Your background in e-commerce logistics, sharp process instincts, and Lean expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and support the company's next phase of growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment: receiving, storage, inventory control, and order processing
  • Manage daily pick, pack, and ship activity to guarantee accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise a 4–6 person warehouse team, balancing workload and quality to keep operations moving smoothly
  • Direct light production and assembly work, including cutting plastic sheets, kitting products, and counting/packaging goods
  • Leverage WMS and ERP tools to track shipments, monitor stock levels, and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Develop, train on, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures across the team
  • Ensure warehouse and production equipment is operated safely and correctly
  • Drive Continuous Improvement using 5S and Lean methodologies, identifying and acting on efficiency opportunities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, compliant facility in line with all state and federal regulations

What We're Looking For

  • A hands-on, energetic leader capable of managing a team while staying engaged in daily operations
  • Solid background in e-commerce fulfillment: picking/packing, shipping/receiving, material handling, inventory management, and light assembly
  • A continuous-improvement mindset with real-world Lean and 5S experience
  • Comfort with ERP/WMS platforms — NetSuite and/or RF-Smart experience is a plus
  • Flexibility and confidence in navigating a fast-changing environment
  • Sharp attention to detail, quality, and organization

Qualifications

  • Trade school, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years managing warehouse/fulfillment operations at a small-to-medium-sized company
  • 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a warehouse or manufacturing setting
  • Direct experience in picking/packing, shipping/receiving, material handling, inventory management, and light assembly
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite and/or RF-Smart a plus)
  • Forklift operation experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

Perks & Benefits

  • Full-time role starting immediately, with competitive pay
  • Strong benefits package, including healthcare
  • Flexible scheduling, paid holidays, and generous PTO
  • A collaborative, mission-focused team where your work has a visible impact
  • A front-row seat to a growing, dynamic company
