We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated professional who is excited to grow their career in Human Resources. This role offers hands-on experience across recruiting, payroll, and employee operations—providing a strong foundation for long-term growth in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Operations.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a consistent and positive experience for both candidates and employees, while helping build the processes and systems that support a growing organization.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Candidate Experience (Primary Focus)

  • Support and coordinate the full recruiting process—from job postings to onboarding
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth, professional experience
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows
  • Partner with hiring managers to keep searches organized and moving forward
  • Help improve recruiting processes to ensure consistency and scalability

Human Resources Operations & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine Human Resources questions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within Human Resource systems
  • Support employee engagement efforts and consistent service delivery

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist with payroll processing, changes, and reconciliations
  • Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and data updates
  • Coordinate with Finance and external vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Compliance & Process Support

  • Support Human Resources compliance activities (I-9, leave tracking, training acknowledgments)
  • Help maintain audit-ready documentation and organized records
  • Contribute to improving and documenting processes that support a growing organization

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 0–3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, or administrative operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working with systems and data (experience with ADP or similar systems is a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work within structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
