Responsibilities may include: • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations • Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, and appetizers • Plating prepared foods based on chef’s guidance • Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time • Cleaning work area kitchen and storing the equipment at the end of shifts • Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulationsQualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be available to work weekends, evenings & holidays Previous kitchen experience required Punctual Energetic, motivated personality Must have stamina, must be able to stand for hours at a time Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Must have reliable transportation ServSafe Certification preferred This is a seasonal position that could lead to a year round position Â
