What you will doÂ
Perform Installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting activities on Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Network infrastructure; PA Systems, Fire Alarm, and other PC based Systems.Â

How you will do itÂ
Assist with the installation and verification activities on Security related equipment for large installations, including installing, testing and commissioningÂ
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, submittals, and specificationsÂ
Complete “As Built” drawings upon the completion of the projectÂ
Complete reports for submission to customers and carry out system acceptance tests with AHJ’s and other interested partiesÂ
Maintain up to date knowledge of various product linesÂ
Consult with Clients to assess risk and to determine Security requirementsÂ
Participate in rotation on-call scheduleÂ

Understand technical system architectureÂ
Strong troubleshooting skills with some working knowledge of electronic test equipmentÂ
Good communication skills and solid understanding of communication protocolÂ
Excellent customer serviceÂ
High school diploma or equivalentÂ
Valid driver's license; must be able to pass driving background checkÂ
 PreferredÂ
Preference will be given to those who have IT standards and network topology experienceÂ
Experience supporting the implementation of analog, hybrid and IP CCTV systems, access control systems, intercom systems, wireless, intrusion systems, and fire alarm systemsÂ
Computer Network Experience and Qualifications would be a strong asset to this positionÂ
Experience working in the construction industry and construction managementÂ
Experience in the design or design assist in low voltage applications is desirableÂ
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $17-22 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
