We are currently seeking part-time Pickleball Instructors who bring both skill and enthusiasm to the court. This role is perfect for individuals who love the game, enjoy teaching others, and want to be part of a rapidly expanding brand.

Compensation & Perks

$18.50 per hour base pay
Commission on lesson packages, clinics, and programming
Unlimited earning potential based on performance and engagement

What You'll Do

Lead private lessons and group clinics for players of all skill levels
Provide clear, actionable coaching to help players improve technique and strategy
Create a positive, energetic, and structured learning environment
Build relationships with members and encourage ongoing participation in programs
Assist with events, leagues, and tournaments as needed
Contribute to an exceptional overall member experience inside the club

What We're Looking For

Certified pickleball instructor (preferred/required based on your preference)
Strong passion for pickleball and player development
High-energy, positive, and engaging personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach players at varying skill levels
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
