We’re looking for Dietary Aides for our Westby location, Norseland Nursing Home. A valid, non probationary driver's license is required for this position. All driving would occur in a company vehicle. Additional $0.50 per hour for driving shifts.  This position works every other weekend and rotating holidays.  Shift Availability: Full Time - PM Shift  Job Responsibilities: Dietary Aides are responsible for preparing beverages, cleaning and washing dishes, assisting with the serving of meals, and providing customer service to our residents, while following food safety requirements.  Responsible for keeping foods safe, using time and temperature control for safety guidelines. Follows resident’s diet orders and preferences when serving meals. Cleans and sanitizes food contact surfaces and work area routinely, ensuring the highest degree of sanitation. Washes and sanitizes dishes, tableware, glasses, and other kitchen and dining room equipment/surfaces and ensures they are stored in a sanitary and orderly fashion. May serve meals in the dining room or to resident rooms or at Assisted Living Facility. QualificationsPerks for working at BSJ Tuition Reimbursement- Up to $3,000 per year.
