How you’ll contribute 

An Outpatient Manager who excels in this role:

  • Maintains staff schedule and ensures staffing for the program
  • Communicates with treatment team to ensure chart compliance
  • Work with the business office and the utilization review department to ensure payment for services
  • Maintains program and patient information and data to create reports, census, and assist the Business Office in reporting
  • Actively participate in the therapist’s discharge planning needs
  • Monitors and oversees the work performance of outpatient staff
  • Works closely with the Director of Outpatient Services to ensure program compliance

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree. Additional requirements include:

  • Previous experience on an inpatient unit preferred

  • Clerical experience required

  • CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire
