Job DetailsJob Location: West Chester, OH 45069Salary Range: $12.00 - $13.00 HourlySummary Inshoppers are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Responsibilities Know your schedule, arrive on time or if you are going to be late, call your manager before your scheduled arrival time.  Makes fast, accurate sandwiches while following safety precautions. Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurants including all  tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc. Greets customers and takes orders. Operates cash register-collects payment from customer and makes change without cash handling errors.  Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets. Fills out systems and procedures punchlists with 100% accuracy and integrity. Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code. Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.  Performs other related duties as requested. Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks. Skills & Abilities  Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly. Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.  QualificationsEmployment is contingent upon successfully passing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Jimmy John's Delivery Driver's goal is to get that sandwich in the customer's hand as quick as can be. We do this by learning the most efficient route, double checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law abiding while on the street). While not on the road, Drivers work as In Shoppers and are compensated accordingly. Delivery is a customer service job, so following customer's request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.
