We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join a pediatric healthcare setting in Killeen. This role focuses on helping children improve communication, speech, language, social interaction, and feeding/swallowing abilities through individualized therapy services. You will work closely with pediatric patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support developmental progress and enhance overall quality of life. Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and feeding/swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and developmental goals
• Provide therapy focused on articulation, expressive/receptive language, social communication, fluency, and feeding skills
• Collaborate with families, physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress
• Educate caregivers on home exercises, communication strategies, and carryover techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards




Requirements

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred or required depending on facility policies
• Previous pediatric experience preferred
• Experience working with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, or feeding disorders is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient care skills
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
