Internship responsibilities may include:
- Developing an understanding of tax planning and preparation services for clients by participating in the tax preparation process from source document processing to tax return completion
- Participating in training sessions to increase working knowledge of various tax preparation software and accounting regulations
- Performing other accounting duties as needed to meet the responsibility of the tax intern position and client expectations
Over the course of your internship, you will:
- Supplement your academic learning with real-world experience
- Participate in various projects, working with teams from across the firm
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to complete tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Accounting
- Strong academic track record
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments
- Good written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 16 hours Monday - Saturday (based on academic availability) from January 2027 - April 2027
