Seasonal Food Production Associate - 3rd Shift

Position Overview 

We are seeking dependable and motivated Seasonal Food Production Associates to join our team at Cheryl’s manufacturing facility. In this role, you will help produce high-quality baked goods by performing a variety of production and packaging tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Associates may work on different stages of the production process, including mixing ingredients, frosting and decorating baked goods, operating food production equipment, and packaging finished products for shipment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in the production of cookies and other baked goods 

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as wire cutters, depositors, and packaging machines 

• Mix ingredients and prepare products according to established procedures 

• Frost, decorate, and package baked goods 

• Maintain quality standards and follow food safety guidelines 

• Keep work areas clean and organized 

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while supporting team goals

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis 

• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift 

• Frequent repetitive use of hands and arms throughout the workday 

• Ability to perform physical tasks in a production setting 

Work Environment 

This position involves working with common food allergens, including: 

• Wheat

• Tree Nuts 

Qualifications 

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred, but not required 

• Ability to work a full-time schedule 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 

• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
