DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
Â
- Follow the Machine Setup and Operation Guide found in the Instructional Manual for assigned area. Â
- Train associates as outlined in the Work Instructions outlined in the Instruction Manual for assigned areaÂ
- Ensure that associates in assigned area leave and return from breaks and lunches on time, are dressed properly to work in area, follow all Cheryl’s GMPs, and ensure associates do not have cell phones or other personal items out. Â
- Move associates to different areas within the Food Production Department based on business needs. Â
- Have familiarity with the spec for each product that they run, and contacts Quality Assurance if they believe a spec is incorrect or missing information. Â
- Maintain production quality and quantity and the labor standards for assigned area. Â
- Follow procedures & SOPs for metal detection.Â
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by Food Production ManagementÂ
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a Production/ Manufacturing setting Â
- Must be motivated to achieve production goal and have ability to motivate others to achieve productionÂ
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to a changing production scheduleÂ
- Must be a positive self starter, team oriented, with strong communication skillsÂ
- Basic math skills   Â

PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK EFFORT:Â Â Â Â

- Able to lift up to 50 poundsÂ
- Able to stand for the entire shift (8- hours)
- Frequently required to reach with hands and armsÂ
- Walk, stand, stoopÂ
- This position requires the ability to understand and follow policy and procedures of safety rules and regulations. Must be familiar with office equipmentÂ
