Early Preschool Lead Teacher The Learning Experience – Westfield, IN $16–$22/hr · $500 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience in Westfield, IN. Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $16–$22 per hour, based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid out after 6 months with the company
- Paid Training: Your orientation and onboarding are fully paid from day one

As an Early Preschool Lead Teacher, You Will
- Lead your own early preschool classroom, creating a welcoming and engaging environment where young children feel safe, seen, and excited to learn
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailored to the unique developmental needs of each child
- Use a growth mindset to nurture young minds and inspire a lifelong love of learning
- Build meaningful relationships with families through regular communication via our mobile app and personal conversations
- Partner with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and center goals
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that meets health, safety, and quality compliance standards
You're a Great Fit If You
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of young children
- Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience (required); 1 year or more is preferred
- Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, a related field, or a CDA credential (preferred but not required)
- Meet any applicable Indiana state licensing requirements for the role
- Are a natural communicator who builds trust easily with children and families alike
