What We’re Looking For:

As a Maintenance Crew Driver, you will perform all landscape maintenance duties alongside your crew while serving as the designated company vehicle driver. You will safely transport crew members, equipment, and materials between the branch and job sites and work under the direction of the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team and take pride in creating stunning landscapes that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial-grade equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and more.
• Safely operate a company truck and trailer to transport crew members, equipment, and materials between job sites.
• Plant, trim, prune, water, and more for landscapes.
• Contribute to outdoor lighting installations.
• Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Work in various outdoor conditions, rain or shine, hot or cold!

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Previous landscape maintenance experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.
• A desire to learn and grow—whether that’s in landscape design, equipment operation, or leadership.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
