The company is searching for a Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for facility operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring all building and production equipment remain in peak working condition.

\n- Responsible for ensuring maintenance activities and preventative maintenance completed meets the company's Food Safety, Quality & Legal requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to avoid disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Making sure that employees work safely and are properly trained.
- Coordinate plant activities with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Manage parts and ordering of supplies needed to ensure plant continually runs for production needs
- Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, and related systems and equipment
- Oversee installation, modification, and repair of machinery and facility systems.
- Work with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or equipment service.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental or organizational objectives.
- High School Diploma or GED. Related Technical Degree preferred.Â
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance specializing in mechanical and electrical work on industrial equipment in a manufacturing facility.
- Ability to multi-task and balance various activities and projects throughout the day.
- Experience in a food manufacturing facility.
- Effective Communicator throughout all levels of the organization.
- Previous Lead Technician and Supervisor experience.
- Licensing in Electrical, Welding or related field preferred.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
