Lawn Doctor is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being outdoors. We are seeking Lawn Care Technicians who are dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services.

No lawn care experience is required! We provide paid training and the education you need to become successful in this position.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will:

Fertilize and aerate lawns
Apply regulated pest control products to lawns, landscape beds, trees, and shrubs
Prepare and seed lawns
Operate and maintain lawn care equipment
Maintain the appearance and condition of assigned equipment and vehicles
Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and the public
Maintain proper communication with the office throughout the day
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountability
Perform shop and equipment maintenance as needed
Educate customers about lawn care services and offer additional services when appropriate
No mowing!

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate machinery and equipment
Ability to meet daily production goals
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Reliable transportation to and from work
Good attendance and dependable work habits
Clean driving record
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. Previous lawn care experience is helpful but not required.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, can work independently, and is comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
