Employment Law (PAGA) Attorney (Remote/Hybrid)

As a Employment Law Attorney, you will work in a primarily remote environment, with as-needed travel for mandatory meetings, depositions and appearances.

Compensation

$230,000 - $300,000 / year
Quarterly Bonus Opportunities.

Daily Objectives

Lead PAGA litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Advise clients on California labor and employment law compliance, helping mitigate risk and prevent PAGA claims.
Monitor legal developments and provide strategic guidance on evolving PAGA regulations and case law.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trusted legal counsel and ongoing support.
Drive business development through client presentations, networking, and identification of new opportunities.
Mentor and supervise attorneys and staff, reviewing legal work product to ensure quality and successful case outcomes.

Skills & Experience

10+ years of CA Employment Law experience.
Active license and in good-standing with the California State Bar.
Juris Doctorate Degree.
Must have recent experience defending against PAGA claims and Class Actions.
Experience with public entity defense a plus.
Superior research, analytical, negotiating ability.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Commitment to proactive case management.
