Title: Accounts Payable Supply Data Management Coordinator (Temporary – 6 Months)
Location: Remote (U.S.) – Ideally based in Westlake Village, CA
Company: Securitas
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 6‑month temporary assignment
Benefits: This temporary role is paid hourly and does not include a benefits package.

About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Supply Data Management (SDM) Coordinator at Securitas, you’ll play a key role in keeping our supplier data accurate, secure, and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Accounts Payable SDM Manager and Supervisor, handle special assignments, and be a go‑to contact for both suppliers and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into details, solving problems, and working with financial data in a structured, professional environment.

If you are based in California (ideally Westlake Village), you will work remotely and go into the office approximately one day per week or once every two weeks. Candidates elsewhere in the U.S. will work fully remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the validation, creation, and maintenance of the Securitas Supplier Master.
  • Respond to inquiries from suppliers and Securitas employees regarding supplier setup and accounts payable processes.
  • Conduct investigations and historical reviews to identify and resolve issues in supplier records and documentation.
  • Initiate contact with suppliers to obtain or correct incomplete or missing documentation (e.g., W‑9s).
  • Ensure suppliers are maintained in line with Securitas policies and management requirements.
  • Partner with other departments to answer questions and resolve concerns related to Accounts Payable supplier processes.
  • Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, following company policies and procedures.
  • Follow safe work practices and report any unsafe working conditions to leadership.

Note: Duties may be adjusted based on business needs, and additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with:
    • Auditing or identifying inconsistencies in data or documentation.
    • Maintaining sensitive financial data securely.
    • Exposure to W‑9 forms and supplier tax documentation.
    • High‑volume data entry with strong accuracy.
    • Maintaining supplier records or similar master data.

Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions (written, verbal, diagrams, schedules).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments at the same time.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle project assignments responsibly.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Strong customer service mindset and focus on results.

  • Work primarily performed in a remote setting, with occasional in‑office days if based in Westlake Village, CA or nearby.
