We're hiring a full-time Data Analyst to join our analytics team and help us make smarter, data-driven decisions across our medical services operations. If you're passionate about data, healthcare, and making a measurable impact this is your role.

What You'll Do:

Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets to support operational decisions
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership
Track and report on KPIs across all departments and service lines
Identify trends, patterns, and data gaps to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with clinical, administrative, and financial teams on data needs
Present clear and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security across all platforms
Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with data models

hat We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
2+ years of full-time data analysis or business intelligence experience
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Healthcare or medical data experience is highly preferred
Ability to work full-time hours consistently and meet deadlines
