Job DetailsJob Location: Gymnastics Center - Westminster, CO 80031Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $15.75 - $17.00 HourlyGymnastics Instructor Employment Type: Part-Time Schedule Requirements Evenings Weekends Some holidays Job Summary The Gymnastics Instructor is responsible for independently instructing gymnasts at all class levels and leading programmed classes. This role requires weekend availability and a strong ability to engage, motivate, and safely train participants in a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Independently instruct gymnastics classes at all skill levels Lead structured and programmed classes Ensure participant safety and proper technique Maintain a positive, energetic, and supportive class environment Follow facility policies and safety guidelines Physical Requirements Maintain a high level of physical activity for extended periods Ability to demonstrate skills and actively participate in instruction Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds Qualifications Previous experience in gymnastics or related disciplines such as dance, parkour, ninja, or cheerleading Must be at least 16 years of age This job description may be amended from time to time and is established by Hyland Hills Park & Recreation District.
