Bilingual Programs Assistant

$22.00–$23.34 per hour | Full-time | Westminster, Colorado

Community Resources and Housing Development Corporation (CRHDC) is seeking a bilingual Programs Assistant who is proactive, organized, dependable, and ready to take ownership of their work. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated go-getter who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and wants their work to make a difference.

CRHDC is a statewide nonprofit organization that creates pathways to home and asset-building opportunities for low- to moderate-income communities. The Programs Assistant will work closely with our Chief Program Officer and provide administrative and operational support to organizational leadership, housing programs, and our Board of Directors.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting grant compliance, reporting, recordkeeping, and document organization
  • Assisting with quarterly, annual, and special reports
  • Coordinating administrative details for homebuyer education classes
  • Supporting Board of Directors meetings, packets, records, and document collection
  • Tracking training and compliance information
  • Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and other materials
  • Helping coordinate staff travel, office activities, and organization-wide projects
  • Identifying what needs attention and following through to completion

Important Schedule Requirement

This position provides on-site administrative support for one homebuyer education class each month. These classes are held off-site on a Saturday. Occasional travel within Colorado—and limited travel outside the state—may also be required.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will be someone who:

  • Is bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told every next step
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Follows through and takes pride in completing work accurately
  • Can work independently while also contributing to a team
  • Communicates professionally and exercises sound judgment
  • Handles confidential information with discretion
  • Is comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems
  • Has a valid Colorado driver’s license

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience supporting programs, nonprofit organizations, grants, housing services, or executive leadership is helpful but not required for a candidate with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range is $22.00–$23.34, equivalent to approximately $45,760–$48,547 annually.

CRHDC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • 90% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for the employee
  • 25% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible family coverage
  • Dollar-for-dollar 401(k) matching contributions up to 5% of earnings
  • Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave

If you are a resourceful self-starter who wants to support meaningful work in communities throughout Colorado, we encourage you to apply. Please review the attached complete position description for additional information about the role and responsibilities.

This position is subject to a pre-employment background check. CRHDC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug-free workplace.
