Rooted in our core values of Safety, Expertise, Engagement, Caring and Motivating, and Professionalism, we distinguish ourselves through our commitment to quality, our stellar reputation, and our wealth of experience.   Job Purpose The Customer Service Associate works with the Center Manager to handle student enrollments, sell new programs, enter and update information in our database, manage paperwork, work with instructors, and maintain the professionalism of the Center.  Responsibilities Service customer needs in a friendly and professional manner over the phone and in person. Confirm customer appointments over the phone. Update and maintain the database by entering in data from completed paperwork daily. Ensure accurate handling of State paperwork. Encourage a team environment by working closely with instructors. Prepare paperwork and schedules to support the coordination of our team and services. Administer written permit testing Promote the company to nearby schools as requested. Keep the center organized and neat. Other duties and responsibilities as needed. Qualifications 21 years of age or older Colorado Driver's License Safe driving history - a Motor Vehicle Record check will be reviewed Applicants must pass a criminal background check Associate Degree or higher preferred Bilingual/Spanish speaking is preferred Strong, proven incoming sales abilities Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize Strong computer skills Good communication skills Responsible, dependable, and detail oriented Self-disciplined and able to multi-task   Benefits Healthy Workplace Time: 1 hour of paid sick time for each 30 hours worked accrued each pay period up to 12 days per year. 401k Retirement Benefit: Employees age 21 and up who have completed 12 months of employment and 1000 hours worked may participate in the company’s 401k retirement benefit to which the company contributes a match of up to 4% of the employee’s wages. Employee discount program and employee referral program   Job Details This is a part-time, 24 hours per week position scheduled Friday-Sunday from 8:30am-5pm based out of our Westminster DriveSafe Center (12365 Huron Street, Suite 100, Westminster, CO 80234). Flexibility to occasionally support the Arvada DriveSafe Center (13825 West 85th Drive Suite 210, Arvada, CO 80005) if needed is required.
