Dental Receptionist

McMurtrey Endodontics

 

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our fast-paced, patient-focused Endodontic practice. If you're passionate about exceptional customer service, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy helping patients feel at ease, we'd love to meet you.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred. 

 

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Wednesday 6:30am-5:30 and fill in other days as needed


Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
