Seeking a Compassionate Primary Care Physician in Denver, CO

Purpose-Driven Care | Physician-Led | Denver, CO

Impact to Health has partnered with a mission-driven, privately owned primary care group in Denver, CO, to find a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician ready to reclaim their clinical autonomy. In this physician-led, value-based organization, patient outcomes—not daily volume metrics—dictate your day.

We empower our clinicians to practice medicine with time, intention, and compassion. Medicine shouldn't be an assembly line. If you entered this field to build meaningful relationships, drive real health outcomes, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced, this role is for you.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Redefine Patient Relationships: Step off the fee-for-service treadmill. You will have the time to truly listen to your patients, understand their comprehensive needs, and build the long-term trust required for transformative care.

  • Drive True Health Outcomes: In our value-based care model, your success is measured by keeping your community healthy, active, and out of the hospital—focusing heavily on preventive care and effective chronic disease management.

  • Shape the Practice of Medicine: As part of a physician-led organization with a strong regional footprint, your clinical judgment is trusted and respected. You will have the autonomy to make the best decisions for your patients without corporate micromanagement.

How We Empower You

We believe that to care for patients effectively, physicians must be supported and protected from burnout.

  • Protected Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a highly predictable, Monday–Friday outpatient schedule that respects your time outside the clinic.

  • Reduced Administrative Burden: Focus your energy on healing, not paperwork. You are backed by a robust, interdisciplinary care team including Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and dedicated administrative staff.

  • Professional Growth: Tap into leadership and growth opportunities within a multi-state, physician-centered organization that values your professional trajectory.
