Life with UsĀ
Your MissionĀ
The next generation of geospatial intelligence will not be defined by better dashboards or more imageryāit will be defined by autonomous intelligence production.Ā
Today, organizations are constrained by analyst capacity. Customers canĀ acquireĀ more imagery than ever before, but they cannot generate proportionally more intelligence because every report, alert, and assessment still depends on human analysts.Ā
Site Sentry exists to break that constraint.Ā
As Principal Product Manager for Site Sentry, you willĀ helpĀ define andĀ be responsible forĀ executingĀ the strategyĀ forĀ Site SentryĀ as a key component of VantorāsĀ agentic geospatial intelligence platform;Ā capable of autonomously detecting activity, generating assessments, producing reports,Ā taskingĀ collection, and delivering actionable intelligence without requiring users to ask for it.Ā
Your mission is to make intelligence production scale independently of analyst hours.Ā
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI, remote sensing, user experience, and autonomous systems.Ā You'llĀ work across engineering, AI research, operations, product design, GTM, and customers toĀ continueĀ to refineĀ what an AI Intelligence Analyst looks likeāand thenĀ deliverĀ it.Ā
Ā
What You'll DoĀ
Own the product vision for autonomous geospatial intelligenceĀ
Define andĀ ownĀ executionĀ forĀ the long-term strategy for Site Sentry as an agentic intelligence platform, evolving beyond dashboards and workflows toward autonomous intelligence generation.Ā
Drive the roadmap around one guidingĀ objective:Ā Help customers discover what theyĀ don'tĀ yet know.Ā
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, including problem definition, product requirements, user stories, success metrics, release planning, roadmap prioritization, and post-launch performance optimization.Ā
Build products that work while customers sleepĀ
Prioritize experiences that continuously generate valueĀ and improve mission outcomesĀ without requiring user interaction.Ā
Examples include:Ā
Autonomous report generationĀ
Predictive alertsĀ
Persistent monitoringĀ
Intelligent task creationĀ
Collection recommendationsĀ
AI-generated change assessmentsĀ
Workflow automationĀ
Continuous intelligence deliveryĀ
Champion proactive delivery through APIs, enterprise integrations, chat, email, collaboration platforms, and emerging AI-native protocols such as MCP rather than relying exclusively on application-based workflows.Ā
Ā
Partner deeply with AI and EngineeringĀ
Work alongside AI researchers, ML engineers, software engineering, and operations to define how foundation models, computer vision models, reasoning systems, and orchestration frameworks combine into customer-facing capabilities.Ā
Balance investments across:Ā
object detectionĀ
anomaly detectionĀ
report generationĀ
multi-modal reasoningĀ
planning agentsĀ
retrievalĀ
workflow orchestrationĀ
evaluationĀ
user experienceĀ
Ā
Own product performanceānot just featuresĀ
Define measurable benchmarks thatĀ representĀ customer valueĀ andĀ achieveĀ improved mission outcomes.Ā
Partner with AI teams toĀ establishĀ rigorous evaluation frameworks across:Ā
detection qualityĀ
report qualityĀ
alert precisionĀ
reasoning qualityĀ
intelligence accuracyĀ
automation rateĀ
analyst time savedĀ
customer trustĀ
Partner with Engineer teams toĀ establishĀ customerĀ andĀ implement methods for trackingĀ user adoption metrics including:Ā
customer product engagementĀ (ADU/WDU/MDU)Ā
workflow completion ratesĀ
featureĀ utilizationĀ and engagementĀ
value trackingĀ
Help communicate benchmark progress internally andĀ partner withĀ ProductĀ Marketing to communicateĀ externally as a competitive differentiator.Ā
Ā
Create the "magic moment"Ā
Drive the product toward the moment when Site Sentry autonomously delivers intelligence that surprises the customer.Ā SuccessĀ isn'tĀ simply helping analysts complete existing workflows faster.Ā Success is producing intelligence they would not have discovered themselves.Ā
Ā
Lead market strategyĀ
Understand customer missions across defense, intelligence, commercial, energy, infrastructure, humanitarian, and government markets.Ā
Translate customer problems into differentiated AI-native capabilities while continuouslyĀ monitoringĀ competitive dynamics across geospatial AI, foundation models, autonomous systems, and remote sensing.Ā
Ā
Build an AI-native platformĀ
Partner across the organization to define a platform strategy including:Ā
connectorsĀ
enterprise integrationsĀ
autonomous workflowsĀ
reusable SkillsĀ
APIsĀ
agent frameworksĀ
partner ecosystemĀ
model orchestrationĀ
Help ensure Site Sentry becomes an intelligence platform rather than a standalone application.Ā
Ā
Drive company-wide alignmentĀ
Serve as the product leader across engineering, AI, sales, marketing, customer success, operations, finance, and executive leadership.Ā
Represent Site Sentry internally and externally while articulating product strategy, AI roadmap, benchmark progress, and customer value.Ā
Ā
WhatĀ SuccessĀ Looks LikeĀ
Within this role, success means:Ā
Intelligence production scales faster than analyst headcount.Ā
Customers increasingly receive intelligence before requesting it.Ā
Analysts spend more timeĀ validatingĀ high-value findings than searching for them.Ā
Benchmark performance exceeds human analyst baselines for key intelligence tasks.Ā
Customers expand imagery consumption because Site Sentry can autonomously convertĀ additionalĀ imagery into actionable intelligence.Ā
Site Sentry becomes recognized as the industry's leading agentic geospatial intelligence platform.Ā
Adoption and sustained use of autonomous intelligence capabilities increase across strategic customer deployments.Ā Ā
Customers consistently trust autonomous intelligence outputs for operational decision-making.Ā Ā
Roadmap investments deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes, adoption, and mission effectiveness.Ā

Experience with computer vision, geospatial AI, remote sensing, or Earth observation productsĀ
Experience developing products that combine machine learning with enterprise workflowsĀ
Familiarity with benchmark design, AI evaluation methodologies, and model performance measurementĀ
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, MCP, enterprise integrations, APIs, or automation platformsĀ
ExperienceĀ leveragingĀ AI and AgenticĀ approaches in real-worldĀ productsĀ and/or businessĀ environments.Ā
Experience building products for defense, intelligence, or national security customersĀ
MBA or advanced technical degreeĀ
Active or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearanceĀ
Ā
The Ideal CandidateĀ
You think beyond features and roadmaps. You think in terms of systems, incentives, and technological inflection points.Ā
You understand that the future of enterprise software is increasingly agentic, where software does work rather than simply helping people do work.Ā
You are comfortable operating at the intersection of product management, AI, user experience, and business strategy, translating advances in foundation models and machine learning into products customers trust for mission-critical decisions.Ā
You are equally comfortable discussing benchmarkĀ methodologyĀ with AI researchers, product strategy with executives, workflow design with engineers, and operational pain points with intelligence analysts.Ā
Most importantly, you are motivated by building products that fundamentally change how intelligence is producedānot by making existing workflows incrementally more efficient.Ā
