At Optimal Home Care, we're looking for an energetic, compassionate Personal Trainer to work hand-in-hand with our nurses and therapists in senior living communities. This is not a traditional gym position—it's an opportunity to improve the lives of older adults every day.

What You'll Do

· Lead engaging group fitness classes.

· Provide one-on-one fitness coaching.

· Develop individualized strength, balance, and mobility programs.

· Collaborate with nurses and therapists.

· Support wellness events and resident education.

· Help seniors maintain independence and reduce fall risk.

Requirements

  Qualifications:

· Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).

· Current CPR/BLS certification.

· At least one year of training experience.

· Experience with seniors preferred.
