Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Architect and Develop high-performance code using a modern stack of Swift, SwiftUI, and C++ to power complex 3D modeling features.

  • Collaborate Directly with Product Managers to translate user needs into innovative features that maintain the "SketchUp magic" on mobile devices.

  • Elevate Code Quality by serving as a proficient reviewer and refactoring code to ensure the product remains scalable and performant.

  • Drive Technical Innovation by analyzing and designing new features that push the boundaries of what is possible in a mobile 3D environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven Mobile Expertise: 3-5 years of experience developing rich, graphical iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode.

  • Strong Technical Core: Solid experience developing applications in C++ and a deep understanding of multithreaded application development.

  • Quality Mindset: A test-driven development (TDD) mentality with a track record of solving complex technical problems independently.

  • Modern Workflow: Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to optimize your daily coding and problem-solving processes.

Bonus Points For

  • A passion for or background in 3D graphics and design software.

  • Experience with control systems like Git.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and JIRA.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
