Description:

Birch Agency is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to join our team. $2,000 Sign on Bonus.

Birch Agency is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to work in person with students in Westminster, MD for the 2025-2026 school year. The positions are fulltime, and the SLPs will provide services to students from elementary through high school. Interviews are being held as soon as possible.

SLP Job Responsibilities:

  • Screen new students for Speech/Language disorders

  • Evaluate students referred with speech/language disorders to determine the degree and severity

  • Provide Speech Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities

  • Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines

  • Attend IEP Meetings

  • Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary

  • Consult with Teachers

  • Work as a part of the Special Ed team

  • Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech and Communication

  • MD Speech Language Pathologist State Licensure/Certification

  • ASHA Certification
