Job Summary
To support international order processing by preparing invoices and export documentation, maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory data, and coordinating production, shipments, and communication with manufacturers and foreign distributors.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Â Prepares and coordinates invoices and export documentation for foreign distributors.
- Assists in daily correspondence with overseas manufacturers and distributors.
- Regularly proofreads and/or reviews documents for accuracy.
- General administrative responsibilitiesÂ
- Â Confidentiality of all company information is critical for this position.
- Â High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-years’ experience to include preparation and posting accounting transactions.
- Experience in steam-ship line transportation, plus
- Experience with communicating with manufacturers and foreign distributors.
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel in a Windows environment, MAC environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL Time helpful, but not required.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Â Must be detail oriented and work at a very high level of accuracy.
