What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients + pets with energy and professionalism 
  • Handle high call volume, emails, and texts 
  • Schedule appointments + manage accurate records 
  • Communicate clearly about pet care, vaccines, and treatments 
  • Process payments and keep things running smoothly 
  • Keep the lobby clean, organized, and inviting 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years client service experience (vet experience = big plus) 
  • Strong multitasking skills + attention to detail 
  • A friendly, bubbly personality 
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment 

The Reality

  • On your feet, moving, multitasking most of the day 
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally) 
  • Working around animals, noise, and a busy clinic atmosphere
