What You’ll Do

Welcome clients + pets with energy and professionalism
Handle high call volume, emails, and texts
Schedule appointments + manage accurate records
Communicate clearly about pet care, vaccines, and treatments
Process payments and keep things running smoothly
Keep the lobby clean, organized, and inviting

What You Bring

2+ years client service experience (vet experience = big plus)
Strong multitasking skills + attention to detail
A friendly, bubbly personality
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

The Reality

On your feet, moving, multitasking most of the day
Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)
Working around animals, noise, and a busy clinic atmosphere
