Position Summary:Â Drive the strategic implementation and optimization of TMTT EU case support to ensure optimal patient outcomes and avoid procedural complications.
How you will make an impact:
Manage and oversee the work of a team within several areas including plan development and financial budget responsibilities to align with business needs.
Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department.
Drive the implementation and optimization of case support including imaging expertise, case coordination, and proctor guidance.
Assess programs and develop processes to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of targeted objectives.
Ensure Health Care Professionals (HCPs) adhere to compliance to Edwards processes, SOPs, and other relevant procedures.
Other incidental duties: Prepare and follow up on required audits; Support therapy development activities within the region
What you will need (required):
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Strong clinical background or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required OR
Master's Degree or equivalent in related field or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria PreferredDemonstrated track record in people management required
Travel: 50%

For Massachusetts (MA), the base pay range for this position is $159,000 to $226,000 (highly experienced).
