Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed LPC, LMFT, or LICSW to provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients throughout West Virginia through a fully remote telehealth model. The therapist will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations, providing individual therapy, developing and updating treatment plans, and monitoring client progress throughout care. This position offers a structured weekday schedule while allowing clinicians to practice independently within an established virtual care environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment priorities
  • Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth services
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment strategies when clinically appropriate
  • Coordinate care with other providers and participate in clinical consultation as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards and requirements
  • Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
  • Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
  • Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
  • Organized, responsive, and clinically focused
  • Remote-first setup with robust tech support
  • Admin team handles scheduling and billing
  • Training and upskilling available
