Central Wisconsin Woodworking Corporation is seeking a full-time Machine Operator at our Weston, WI location. Performance evaluation and wage adjustment after 60 day probationary period. Prior machining experience is a plus, but willing to train proper candidate.
Job Aspects
- Running a Glue Line, Laminate Saw and other machinery (Doweling Machine, Edgebander etc.)Â related to processing wood cabinet construction
- Safely operate equipment, completing each machining process with precision
- Ability to read instructions, work orders and learn how to read prints
- Use measuring equipment to maintain identified tolerances
- Perform a visual check on completed parts for QA purposes and ensure all labeling is properly placed
- Work proactively with other departments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Move finished products to holding carts and follow procedure for proper storage if necessary
Working Conditions/Schedule
- Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required.

- On feet for majority of the day.

- Â While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles (with PPE provided); outdoor weather conditions.
