We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented MRO Attendant to support our maintenance and manufacturing teams by managing inventory, coordinating supplies, and helping keep our facilities running efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with industrial equipment, inventory systems, and cross-functional teams while playing a key role in supporting manufacturing operations. What You'll Do Manage inventory of maintenance parts, tools, consumables, and operating supplies used throughout our manufacturing facilities. Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute materials to maintenance and production personnel. Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized maintenance and inventory management systems. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of critical components and supplies. Support maintenance teams by identifying and locating parts needed for equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities. Work with suppliers to ensure materials arrive accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storeroom environment. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, improve organization, and support operational efficiency. Experience in manufacturing, inventory control, warehousing, maintenance support, or a related environment preferred. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and maintenance software systems. Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing business needs. Basic understanding of industrial equipment, maintenance parts, tools, or mechanical systems is preferred.
