WHAT YOU WILL DO Apply powder paint per customer specifications. Perform color changes and clean equipment. Inspect products for defects and report issues. Operate paint-related equipment and maintain clean work areas. Rotate stations and support other production roles as needed. Monitor supply levels and wear required PPE. QualificationsWHO YOU ARE 6+ months of powder painting experience preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and attention to detail. Strong depth perception and ability to spot defects.
