What You'll Do Manage customer programs and projects from launch through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Serve as the primary customer contact, providing program updates, coordinating meetings, and resolving issues proactively. Partner with scheduling, production, and leadership teams to forecast potential delays, develop contingency plans, and maintain project timelines. Lead new product launches, new customer implementations, and other strategic growth initiatives. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and ROI metrics for assigned programs. Identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate resource or strategic concerns when needed. Lead cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities, and ensure team members have the resources needed for success. Track project KPIs, analyze performance results, and drive continuous improvement through customer feedback and operational data. Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing account strategies aligned with customer and company objectives. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project execution. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools. Work Environment & Travel Combination of office and manufacturing plant environments. Regular interaction with production teams, customers, and vendors. Exposure to manufacturing processes and materials; appropriate safety procedures required.
