Job DetailsJob Location: Longshore Hospitality LLC - Westport, CT 06880LA PLAGE WESTPORT IS SEEKING SERVERS & BARTENDERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM! The Server is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Servers maintain a professional appearance, demonstrate product knowledge, and work collaboratively with the restaurant team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet guests promptly and courteously. Present menus and answer questions regarding food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally. Process guest payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties. Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient service. Qualifications: Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Availability to work day shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking experienced servers & bartenders with year-round availability, in either part-time or full-time capacities. The right candidates have a passion for food & beverage and creating a seamless guest experience. He/she has strong food knowledge. Prior restaurant experience required, preferably 1-3 years in a fast-paced environment. Wine knowledge is a plus and strongly preferred.
