Full-time Dentist Opportunity - 36 hours per week - Westville, IN (70724)

Together with EXOS, Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction.

We are currently seeking a full-time Dentist (36 hours per week) to join our team at Westville Correctional Facility located in Westville, Indiana.
 

The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD
• Active, unrestricted IN license
• Active, unrestricted DEA
• Must pass background screening and credentialing

Available Shift

• Monday - Friday
• Day Shift
• No nights, holidays or weekends
