Regional Operations Director — IndianaÂ
WHO WE ARE
Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC) is growing fast — and we’re here for the pets who need us most. With 6 emergency veterinary hospitals across the Midwest, our goal is simple: bring high-quality, 24/7 emergency care to communities that don’t have it.
Because pets do not care that it’s 2:47 AM. Emergencies don’t exactly respect business hours.
We’re here when they need us — nights, weekends, holidays, and everything in between.
WHAT LIFE IS LIKE AT EVCC
At EVCC, we care. Like, actually care.
Whether it’s a sick pet, a worried pet parent, or one of our own team members walking through the door, we want everyone to feel supported.
We’re veterinarian-led, which means our DVMs aren’t just invited to the conversation — they’re helping lead it.
EVCC was started by 36 local general practice veterinarians, and most are still involved today. That means collaboration isn’t just something we put on a poster. It’s part of how we operate.
And let’s be real: emergency veterinary medicine is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be a lot.
That’s why we invest in our people through:
- Â Continuing education
- Â Career growth + promotion opportunities
- A genuinely supportive team environment
- A workplace where people and pets come first
