Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Center Director to support daily center operations, mentor teachers, and help maintain compliance and program excellence across classrooms serving infants through preschool.
Responsibilities
- Support daily center operations and classroom quality
- Â Coach teachers implementing the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Â Maintain compliance with New Jersey licensing standards
- Â Assist with staff scheduling and classroom coverage
- Â Support family communication and enrollment tours
- Â Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios
Qualifications
- CDA credential required
- Â Childcare or preschool experience required
- Â Leadership experience preferred
- Â Strong knowledge of licensing standards and classroom practices
