This role is part of the Growth & Strategy team and collaborates with senior brand and cross-functional leaders to advance commercial strategic priorities swiftly.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Growth & Strategy and brand leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Develop implementation plans with clear milestones, ownership, timelines, success metrics, and accountability.
  • Define and establish the capabilities, resources, operating models, and structures needed to launch and scale strategic initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and HR to deliver business results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and resource constraints to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead governance, decision-making processes, executive reviews, and strategic working sessions to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on progress, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
  • Build scalable tools, frameworks, and ways of working that foster accountability, transparency, and results-driven execution.

  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through execution and results delivery.
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with senior executives and stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Demonstrated capability to translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and sustainable solutions.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong project and program leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presence, with the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, go-to-market processes, and organizational dynamics within consumer brands, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
